Was contracted initially as Production Manager and later as Production

Consultant. I initiated manufacturing facility in Nvo. Casas Grandes,

Chih., with 4 operators and at the time of my resignation, left a plant of

30 operators, 3 supervisors and 2 cutters.

Primary responsibilities: Training operators, research and development of

new products, cost analysis of new products, general supervision of

production and warehouse management. At this company we manufactured

leather and canvas luggage, hunting gear made from quilted nylon, such as

Gun Boys (rifle or shotgun bags) and shell pouches. Under the brand names

WildHare International and Schaefer Outfitter.

My own contracting company, started in Feb. 15, 1999 in Nvo. Casas Grandes,

Chih. It was basically a sub-contractor for various U.S. manufacturers of

womens apparel, such as, Gotcha Covered of Dallas, Action West of El Paso

and A and A Apparel also of El Paso. In

Sept of 2000 I was approached by a company called WildHare International,

that offered to purchase my company and start the new company Noram Divide

as Production Mgr.

CMT Industries, Inc. Aug. 1994 to Feb. 1999

I occupied the position of Production Mgr., Cutting Room Mgr., and General

Mgr. of this company. My responsibilities were the management of 9

supervisors and 350 operators in the sewing facility that produced 13,500

women's blazers per week for Jones New York. At a later date, after

analyzing the necessity of having better control of the quality and

production of the cutting of these blazers, I was asked to take over the

Cutting Dept., which I did. Major improvements achieved by me were

automated spreading equipment and the use of Laser-Lytes to facilitate the

spreading of plaids and stripes, without danger to the operators.

A & A Apparel Group of El Paso

I worked as an independent Quality Inspector, from Jan. 15, 1992 to Aug.

10, 1994. My job was to visit the contractors ( maquilas) in Mexico and

inspect the production before they

were permitted to export to the USA. I visited Gomez Palacios, Dgo.,

Torreon, Coah. and Chihuahua, Chih. I was able to improve quality and

acceptance by the client.
