o Learning & using various statistical tools to analyze trends / consistency in quality

of incoming & processed goods.

o Daily rejection review & take corrective action.

o Give training to an Operating engineer for Control chart fill up. & taking the

actions.

o Provide technical input & support to inspector in solving process quality problem.

o Member of customer complaint team, in this facing the customer complaint &

taking necessary action on our processes & give the customer to corrective action

report.

o Material & Man power arrangement to get good productivity.

o Providing good training programs to Operating Engg to Improve their product &

quality knowledge.

o Knowledge in CNC turnining machine

o To maintain supplier Quality.
