For the past four and a half years I have been working professionally as a driver instructor/ educator for Smith
and Solomon Commercial Driver Training. I have been employed as an OTR, regional and local driver. Prior to
Smith and Solomon Commercial Driver Training, I have over twenty years of driving commercial vehicles of all
types, delivering merchandise to local businesses. Throughout my employment, which is approximately

Safely, effectively, and efficiently teaching and instructing students all aspects of this industry, from the
classroom instructions to the skills required to safely and effectively operate a commercial vehicle, Including,
hazardous materials, tanker, double triples, map reading, and log books. My assignments also included, on occasion,
the corporate side of the business. We, as instructors would educate, instruct, and evaluate corporate employees,
including managers of Delmarva Power, Delmarva Co-Op Electric, Verizon, and others on defensive driving skills.
