New commercial construction, and retrofitting of Fulton County Middle

School Science Laboratories using acid piping drainage and copper water

main piping, and black iron gas piping installation requiring cutting and

threading pipe. Use of tv camera underground pipe inspection for repairs.

Cast iron and copper pipe retrofitting for office buildings.

Precise Plumbing, Georgetown, DE 2003-2006

New residential and commercial construction, including high end beach

dwellings, repair and installation of water heaters, faucets, toilets,

Rinnai tankless water heaters, all bathroom and kitchen plumbing

appliances, and flexible gas line installation. Includes basement

underground work.

George Sherman Corp. Lewes, DE 1985-2003

New residential and commercial construction, including 2 years working

at Eastern Shore Correctional Institution in Princess Anne, Maryland.

Included was cast iron drainage installation, copper water mains up to 3

inch, and Victaulic steam piping.
