SUPPLEMENTAL QUALIFICATION STATEMENT
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES FOR EVALUATION CRITERIA:
1) Knowledge of statistical theory, methods, and techniques
I have over 90 credit hours of undergraduate and graduate courses in Statistics, Biostatistics, Business,
Managerial Science, Enterprise Risk management, Valuation of Finance, Actuary Science, and Research
Methods at Kwara State Polytechnic, Nigeria and Georgia State University. The graduate level courses
included Statistical Consulting, Linear Statistical Analysis, Survival analysis, Epidemiology, Applied Non
parametric Method, Advance Methodology in Biostatistics, Computational Method in Statistics, Experimental
design, Categorical data analysis, Applied Multivariate Statistics, SAS programming, and Data mining. These
courses have fully prepared me in the theories and methods behind the collection, analysis, and interpretation
of statistical data.
2) Ability to forecast results based on data collected
With my project in Data Mining, I have built a Statistical model to predict the likelihood that a potential credit
customer will default using Logistic regression analysis and cluster analysis. For graduate thesis, "comparative
studies between genotypes ages of eyes with morphometric measure of cell identified within the eye" I have
been able to classify young, old mouse and two genotype with their morphometric measure of cell within the
eye using Linear discriminant analysis and quadratic discriminant analysis and lastly plotting lots of density
curve to identify separation point for young and old mouse. Factor analysis, cluster analysis
3) Skill in computer applications of Statistical software programs
I currently use SAS, R, Splus.Mostly I used SAS in my thesis, Here is the link to my publication online at: http://
digitalarchive.gsu.edu/math_theses/117. I used SAS and S-PLUS programs in some of my graduate statistics
courses, providing a strong working knowledge of those programs.
4) Ability to communicate orally and in writing
I am a dynamic communicator, with a passion for speaking and writing. I have outstanding oral and written

successfully defended my thesis public in Georgia State University in the presence of Students and faculty
members. As a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia State University, I communicate orally with my
students in the classroom. Outside the classroom, I interact with my students in person, by phone, or via email
during individual consultation. My successful teaching track attests to my strong oral and writing skills.
