2013/2013 Office & Payroll Manager PSA Healthcare

Responsible for full life-cycle payroll processing. Updates Payroll System

with New Hire, Term, Salary, Personal, and other information. Maintains

knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations

affecting human resources and payroll functions and ensures policies,

procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Keeps records of benefit

plan participation such as insurance, 401k plan, personnel transactions

such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and

terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting. Works

with managers and supervisors on approving timesheets and updates,

reviews and maintains related information for all Nature’s Best Employees

and temporary staff. Interacts with all departments to ensure accurate

checks for distribution, including payroll stuffers, sorting and mailing.

with annual Benefit Open Enrollment and Health Fairs. Reconciles invoices
