Duties include management of area claims managers and oversight of complex and

Duties include litigation management of panel counsel and direction of all complex and

Duties included management of 17 claims analysts and support staff; oversight of all

property, garage and casualty claims involving Western Heritage insureds; preparation of

management reports; service on various claims committees in partnership with Scottsdale

Insurance Company. Analyzed coverage, evaluated claims and extended settlement and

trial authority.

Litigation Manger/Counsel; Phoenix Indemnity Insurance Company, Phoenix, Arizona.

Duties included management of 5 litigation claims adjusters; management of all litigated

files involving Phoenix Indemnity and its insureds; extension of settlement authority;

development of litigation guidelines; review and oversight of all panel counsel. Service

as company counsel in latter stages of employment with company.

Attorney/Shareholder; Civerolo, Wolf, Gralow and Hill, Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Duties included representation of insurance carriers and their insureds in general liability

cases. Conducted discovery including written discovery; took and defended over 500

depositions; Motion practice which required over 300 court appearances. Bench and jury

trial, arbitration and mediation experience. Appellate experience. Served as one of firm’s

directors. Chaired Summer Clerk and recruitment programs.
