administrative role. With over 5 years' administrative experience in wide-ranging environments
i ncluding charitable organisations, a solicitor's office and an arts and crafts supplies, I have

Customer liaison: Communicating courteously and politely with customers both over the
telephone and in person, handling a range of queries efficiently and professionally.

clients and sending out documentation to employees.
Finance: Collating orders and invoices and inputting invoices using Sage Line 50 software
accurately and promptly.
Human Resources: Sending out and chasing up references by letter, telephone, fax and e-
mail; filing and scanning references efficiently. Setting up new filing systems to make
documents more easily accessible for staff.
