. Attend pre bid meetings and perform roof take-offs as required in the

are noted and detail edge and wall configurations as needed.
. Procure all quotes from Manufactures and Distributer's on the
prescribed products being utilized in the project for the bidding
purpose.
. Bid projects according to specifications, details, set-up areas and

. Prepare all project submittals from manufacturing Data Sheets, MSDS
and Approved Details and current Specifications.
. Prepare all AIA payment forms with appropriate breakdowns as required.
. Using the companies Purchase Order System to purchase all materials
needed for each project and ensure delivery times are set-up.
. Coordinate project mobilizations with Building Owners, Architects and
Consultants as required.
. Perform project walk thru with the Superintendent and Forman to ensure
that all aspects of the project have been reviewed and all our in
complete agreement on what will be installed and how.
. Build and supply a project book for the Superintendent and Foreman
which includes the Scope of Work, Approved Details, Roof Drawings, all
Data and MSDS Sheets, directions, nearest hospital for emergencies and
directions from the project site to the hospital.

warranty, FM rated systems, UL ratings and other performance
requirements that are specified.
. Search FM Global RoofNav Web site for tested assembly RoofNav numbers
that are required to be submitted for future and ongoing projects.
. Answer phone calls as they come into our phone call center for design
and technical questions from all over the country from architects,
consultants, contractors and home owners, etc.
. Review specifications and details for architects, reps, contractors
for new and bidding projects on a daily basis.
. Help with FM testing at Carlisle and FM testing labs in CT and RI.
. Perform Forensic Investigations on projects around the country as
deemed necessary for non destructive testing and inferred scanning to
determine wet and damaged areas.
. Speak at Carlisle functions when we have architects and consultants in
for special training and AIA classes for various design and product
presentations, demos of our system's and building envelope details.
. Work with the Product Managers to determine what possible systems need
testing and what ratings we want to achieve at FM for the future. Help
them to determine what the market is doing and help with determining
the trends that are developing in different markets around the
country.
