As a manager I supervised shift personnel,completed payroll,managed purchasing and inventory for two sites and maintained high sale quota and received recognition as a corporate manager leader furthermore I met all guaranteed deadlines for production schedules and enhanced store operation procedures.

Wal-Mart Department manager July 2004 -July 2007

As a department retail manager I supervised clerks in three department,crested shift schedules,delivery schedules,directed ordering,and inventory control systems included,sale mark down,sale quota charts,and merchandise displays,and while doubled number of sales in all three departments.

Coca-cola Service Teach August 2008-January 2010.

As a service technician I maneuver equipment in order to preform all mechanical service on cold drink equipment including,presentation maintenance,keep all refrigeration equipment in proper operating condition,maintain positive customer relationships. I also prepare equipment in accordance with company standards;ensure vehicle has appropriate levels of parts inventory. I transport inventory from the warehouse to the retail location for sale. This is completed through frequent visits to retail outlets and requires the ability to lift, pus, and pull heavy loads on a repeated basis. It also requires the ability to reach above the head and kneel frequently.

A crew leader usually has the same function as a foreman, supervisor. I'm assigned a shift where I try and get people to work together as a team. My goals is to get production going on even mode to increase production when it's busy and slow it down as needed. I try to encore the employee’s to work harder in order to increase sale and production. I make sure all products are kept safe in the area it's suppose to be. In other words meat in freezer and vegetables in refrigerators. Make sure cash drawer is in balance we do as much work as a manager does.

I aid in production by helping machinists and toolmakers load and unload machines carrying material when necessary.I have a forklift certification aswell.
