PERSONAL STATEMENT
I am an experienced and fully qualified Senior Staff Nurse who is
efficient, thorough and passionate about delivering the best level of care
to patients. I am an ambitious individual that prides herself on excellent
verbal and written communication skills. I demonstrate a pro-active
approach to any given task and a genuine desire to learn and adapt with
ever changing health care setting. My aim is to develop a career within an
established practice.
I currently practice on a private ward within an NHS hospital, through
working on this unit I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in a
wide range of medical and surgical nursing fields. It has required me to
physically, mentally and emotionally stand up to the rigors of this
demanding profession. I am able to work autonomously and have a vast
knowledge of the latest state of the art medical technology and equipment
to aid observing, treating and recording patient's conditions.
I have undertaken my supporting learning in practice so that I can also
become a mentor for the new student nurses and aid them on placement to
apply theoretical aspects of nursing care into practice and also encourage
clinical experience to them.
As a driven individual who wants to progress I am now looking for a
suitable nursing position with a reputable, exciting and modern healthcare
provider.
