ED Nurse Manager
Responsibilities include the daily operations of a 80,000
visit per year Level 1 Trauma Center. Manger 187 FTE's as
well as leadership in customer satisfaction and patient
flow initiatives. Lead the planning and implementation of
the build of a 72 bed ED to accommodate projected volumes
in 10 years as well as address Mass Casualty disasters. Co-
chair of Patient Care Leadership Council.

Responsibilities include the overall management of the
aeromedical

quality assessment
of trauma system with Hillsborough County to assure

care.
