1. Broadline computer system, a Chennai based company involved in providing

a complete spectrum of consulting, technology, hardware, networking and

product engineering services in the health care, banking and e-

governing sector since 1991. It was involved with Directorate of State

Drug Medical Unit under the Health Department, Govt of Odisha in

automation of the drug control system under the DFID support program

through a Drug Inventory Management System(DIMS). All the 30 district

office and three medical colleges were fully integrated to the system

within two years of intervention.

. Data collection from the district units, authentication and updating

in the system on daily basis

. Report creation, validation, updating to different office and seniors

. The system was related to tendering, contract awarding, billing,

2. Health and family welfare society, Govt of Odisha: After two years of

handholding, the DIMS was managed by the Health & family Welfare

Society through the same team of professional staff under the Deputy

Directorate of State Drug Management Unit.
