Helped patrons at front desk, facilitated of all areas of book circulation in the Math and Statistics library as well
as in the university wide library system, including data management of information about library collections in
Microsoft Excel and daily use of Unicorn, the university wide library database platform. Especially hired to
assist in the final closing of the library, which entailed cataloging every single book in the library, marking them
for relocation, and ensuring that each book was properly disbursed to its new location.

Stanford Spatial History Lab.
Research assistant on team led by PhD student Jon Christensen on his Critical Habitat project, which studied
the environmental history of California and the spatial extinction patterns of the Bay Checkerspot Butterfly. The
Spatial History Lab works at the intersection of quantitative and computational methodologies (computational
data processing, GIS, computer generated visualizations) with historical research projects carried out by
Stanford historians. I was trained in basic GIS (Geographic Information System) skills, and I was responsible
for computational data analysis and was given the task of designing data visualizations for the project.

Wagner Neuroscience Lab
Worked with graduate students to help administer fMRI and EEG sessions.Worked with post doc Jesse
Rissman to assist in processing of fMRI data using Matlab. The project was an attempt to decode unconscious
states of memory from fMRI brain scans by analyzing data using machine learning algorithms. Duties were
primarily to manage and process raw data taken from fMRI scans including tailoring Matlab scripts to process
raw fMRI data, creating data visualizations and graphics in Matlab. I also assisted in administering the fMRI
scans to subjects.
