Mr. Flynn has ** years of environmental and geological experience including

2010 - June 2011, Assigned as Technical Field Lead, supporting the

LATA Kentucky Environmental Monitoring Group Project Manager at the

USDOE Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant by coordinating the performance

of multiple field crews to ensure that work is safely performed on

schedule and in the most technically sound manner to meet work scope

objectives. Responsibilities include: ensuring that all activities

are performed in accordance with industrial standards; meeting all

project safety, quality and technical requirements; work with project

Prepared and/or peer reviewed company generated reports, supervised

groundwater monitoring projects associated with natural attenuation

monitoring (NAM) and enhanced NAM and ISCO projects. Former lead

geologist/site manager for the Alaric Superfund site in Tampa, FL.

subsurface soil and hydro-geological investigations, UST and AST

> Extensive Business Development and Marketing experience related to

Oil & Gas, Coal Mining, and P&E organizations utilizing Action

relationships with key players in the oil and gas, coal, and P&E

industries through out SE United States with special emphasis in the

Appalachian & Illinois Basins.

> Technical Field Lead assigned by S. M. Stoller Corporation to the U S

Department of Energy's Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant in Paducah,

Kentucky. Manage team of professionals preparing a Field Sampling

Plan, UFQAPP documents and related work instructions to further

define TCE mass estimates in the subsurface soils and groundwater

plume associated with a historical TCE release at the C-400 Building

Complex. Project involves collection of Membrane Interface Probe

(MIP) logging data and collection of subsurface soil and groundwater

samples for volatile organic analysis. Data collected during this

phase of work will be compared to historical project data to better

define the conceptual site model for future remedial action.

> Senior Geologist assigned by Shaw Federal Projects Group to the U S

Department of Energy's Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant in Paducah,

Kentucky. Fall of 2008 provided oversight and documented sonic

drilling activities in conjunction with installation of Electrical

Resistive Heating (ERH) electrode technology into select wells during

Phase I of the C-400 Interim Remedial Action Project. Logged and

described sediments during drilling operations, mostly in level B

PPE. Worked with health and safety personnel to observe and

document health and safety concerns associated with the C-400

project. Fall of 2009 provided oversight and documented sonic

drilling activities during the Northwest Plume Monitoring Well

Install Drilling Project. Spring of 2010 assigned as Document

Control/QA Specialist during the C-400 Soil Vapor and Groundwater

Treatment Systems (SVGTS) Construction Activities Testing and

witnessed System Operability Testing of the SVGTS systems.

Spring/Summer of 2010 assigned as Assistant Manager of

Maintenance/Scheduling for the C-400 SVGTS system.

> Senior Project Geologist for Groundwater Investigations at the

Hollingsworth Solderless Terminal Superfund Site in Ft. Lauderdale,

FL. Onsite supervisor, responsible for installation of injection and

monitoring wells in conjunction with ongoing migration assessment of

TCE/metals, in multiple aquifers. Utilizes DPT and CPT drill rigs,

along with mobile laboratories, to identify underground source

regions in variable geologic units, and to characterize plume

geometries. Data collected was used to assess remedial approaches.

> Senior Project Geologist and Site Manager for Dry Cleaning Facilities

and Four Hazardous Waste Sites under the SEI USEPA Superfund and

State of Florida Dry Cleaner contracts. Provides oversight and

supervision of field activities, report writing, scheduling, health

and safety, purchasing, and cost estimation. Responsible for site

evaluations and, where applicable, assisting engineers in the

implementation of remedial programs including SVE, ISCO, GW P&T and

sparge systems. Conducts seminars to staff level employees

concerning field techniques and QA/QC.

> Project Geologist for Remedial Investigation for the Alaric Superfund

Site in Tampa, FL. Performed follow up field oversight of extensive

soil and groundwater assessment concerning a PCE/TCE DNAPL site.

Field efforts involved Geoprobes, sonic rigs, and an EPA mobile

laboratory. Assisted Senior Geologist coordinating field activities

concerning the installation of over 60 injection and recovery wells,

associated with an ISCO (potassium permanganate) system.

> Site Superintendent / Health and Safety Officer at 14 FDEP Dry

Cleaning Solvent Cleanup sites in Florida, responsible for

preparation, modification, updating and implementation of health and

safety procedures at each site. Involved in risk identification,

elimination and/or mitigation of potential site hazards. Make

recommendations to management concerning field SOP's. Participate in

accident/incident review board investigations. Coordinate/interface

with Shaw CIH/CIHT's concerning health hazard issues related to

chlorinated solvent investigation and remediation installation sites.

Perform project safety inspection audits on regular monthly basis

documenting first aid, PPE, fire protection, air monitoring, welding

and cutting, hand and power tools, motor vehicles, emergency plans,

materials handling, fire protection, electrical, compressed gas

cylinders, scaffolding, working surfaces, site safety plan, site
