patch-clamp recording and single channel data QuB software developed at University of Buffalo to study effects of partial

agonists (Quis.) on modal GluA3 ion-channel activity in central nervous system receptors.

• Responsible for experimentation on various cell lineages, patch-clamp procedures, Quis/Glu and cyclothiazide production,

general laboratory protocol, data collection, statistical analysis and modeling, and literature/journal review.
