Solution Architect/Designed a joint proposal submission for St. Barnabas Hospital after
requirements review which included a migration of embedded based hospital applications
loaded into a central repository for all patient record data using GCP standards
implementing a wireless local area network for patient record vitals. The configuration
recommended were hand-held devices made available to nurses on each floor of the
hospital. The collaboration of vendors added accuracy, reliability and cost savings for the
customer.
Team Member/Prepared a feasibility study for IBM’s proposal to Blue Cross Blue Shield
(BCBS) to improve insurance claims processing turnaround time for customers. Qualcare’s
forms management package was used to standardize data entry and improve delivery of
forms from hospitals/physicians to BCBS. This resulted in an upgraded B2B CHIN star
network architecture recommendation having front-end IBM 750 Power Servers and
backbone traffic delivery over ATM Frame Relay offered by the Local Exchange Carrier.

Outbound Calling (SWOPOUT) for long distance calling plans written in Presentation
Manager, C on an OS/2 EE platform. •Call Center beta testing in Denver and Dallas
Operation Centers for Swopout implementation. •Established a baseline for a national
Hispanic campaign by implementing a Predictive Dialing CallPath Call Coordinator/2
