Online thickness gauge control system:

. Successfully set up new installation, commissioning and calibration for

online thickness gauge system or paper, plastics and rubber sheet

manufacturing plants.

. Role included service on scanner frames by replacing belt, motor drive

with proximity sensors.

. Have experience on safe working with radiation sensors like beta, gamma,

IR and X-ray.

. Good technical problem solver in physical and logical communication

between software and field sensors using interfacing protocols and nodes.

. Provided training to customers on how to handle systems in normal and an

emergency mode, which included the awareness of radiation.

. Maintained records and followed data protection on installation, service

and email correspondence for every individual customer.

. Provided telephone and online remote support on profile maintenance and

emergency.

. Designed "Oil tank measurement panel" for ship, with LEL electronic level

indicator were installed and calibrated at customer's premises.

. Maintained different negative temperatures in each individual fridge to

store medicines in a plant, a temperature controller unit with data

acquisition were installed and controlled remotely.
