in Fairchild Signal Path Group comprised of multiple product lines in

Colorado and Maine. Successfully developed and qualified more than 30 new

analog and mixed signal products per year that lead the company in margin

and sales growth, including industry-leading audio, switch and interface

products used by all major cell phone manufacturers. Developed socket-less

WLCSP reliability test hardware solution that saves over $30K per product

qualification. Expert in managing problem solving activities across

multiple world wide sites. Managed three engineers.

Responsible for quality and reliability planning and execution for two

Fairchild Colorado sites, encompassing amplifier, data converter and video
