TASK CARRIED OUT IN PROJECT:

BASIC ENGINEERING

. Study of the Technical Specification Document submitted by the

Customer/Consultant, thereby ensuring the required

features are available with the offered system if not preparing a

deviation from Technical specification document and getting

equalized with the Customer/Consultant

. Preparation of the Engineering documents (Designs) required

for the project execution and getting approval of the Project

related documents for proceeding with engineering activities.

. Conducting Pre-FAT (Pre-Factory Acceptance Test) & preparation of

punch points observed during Pre-FAT

. Conducting FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) where in the Logics,

Complex control loops, Sequences are simulated and demonstrated to

the Customer through graphics & preparation of punch points

observed during FAT

Remote Site Support for Commissioning of the project

DETAILED WORK EXPERIENCE IN:

. Preparation of the Basic design for the GA/IA of Cabinets.

. Preparation of System Configuration.

. Preparation of Control Room Layout of the project.

. Calculate the Board and Card quantity according to the input

signals.

. Preparation of panel (BOM) Bill Of Materials.

. Estimate the length of PREFAB cable.

. Internal wiring drawing.

. Loop drawing using QT(QUAL TECH) software.

. Preparation of Project Documents.

. Preparation of Project Console Layouts and GA/IA/Wiring Drawings

. Preparation of Project Cable Schedules

. Power Single Line diagrams and MCB ratings

. Preparation of Project Earthing/Grounding drawings

QUALITY:

. Preparation of the Check sheet documents for the projects and

maintaining in Engineering Documents, Master file for future

records as when the Project progresses from Kick off meeting till

final Testing.
