• I was a technical support for Comcast customers. We assist them in

troubleshooting their phone, internet and cable service.

• I have been an E-mail support for Amazon for three months. My task is to

reply to all the email queries of customers. We follow up on their orders and if

necessary replace the items. After three months, I was transferred to

Mediacom and was trained to troubleshoot cable, phone and internet services.

program of the government. I was assigned at the Records section where we

are task to file and arrange the data of patients. We also assist them in

retrieving those data if in case that they need it. Sometimes, we also do some
