necessary replace the items. After three months, I was transferred to

program of the government. I was assigned at the Records section where we
are task to file and arrange the data of patients. We also assist them in
retrieving those data if in case that they need it. Sometimes, we also do some
errands for the staff like bringing some important records to other department.
