• Audited loan files for completeness and proper HMDA reporting compliance.
• Performs data entry of all Residential Mortgage applications into tracking system. Orders
case number obtains CAIVRS approval, appraiser assignment through CLAS software
system. Sets up physical file for underwriting. Prepares and provides checklist to originators
detailing necessary missing information and/or documents. Prepares posting sheets for fees
received.
• Receives all mortgage applications from satellite office(s); coordinates data entry and
assignment to loan tracking system. Monitors and assigns new files to underwriters to ensure
synchronized work flow.
• In compliance with Regulation Z, generates timely and accurate mortgage disclosure
statements for conventional loans, at appropriate points during approval process.
• Produces and forwards documents for completion, including but not limited to employment
and income verifications, real estate appraisals, Flood certification requests, Truth in Lending
disclosures; orders residential credit reports. Retrieves incoming Flood certification and
credit reports, forwards to underwriter.
• Reviews closed loan documentation for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance
with government regulations as well as Bank policy. Audits files for missing or incomplete
documentation; follows through with attorneys and/or borrowers to complete the file.
Review master prints on new loans to ensure complete system accuracy on new loans.
