Description:
This is an online project targeted for post paid Corporate Customer. Corporate
customers need different access based on different hierarchy/levels/roles. Different services are provided
based up on roles of the corporate. There are various modules such as Place Order and Track Order,
Manage Accounts (Customer ID management), Service and Online Activations, Generate and Track
Leads, Online Payments, Bill Analysis, Feedback.
Amss-PACE is a project which is sophisticatedly designed for end-users who can log their requests,
changes in their rate-plan & can do changes with their existing Vodafone mobile services sitting at home.
The scope of this project is to define the end-to-end flow of information of all BSS(Business Support
Systems) systems for addressing Customer Self Service requirements. This part of the PACE project is
incorporated with Trouble Ticketing, Customer Management, Channel Management, Repush Mechanism,
Ordering. The project is all about making the customer feel free at home sitting and logging his requests &
troubles. AMSS will interact with the application and it fetch, store, manipulate the data such as Customer
Management, Cases, Service details to and from the CRM database. Another main part of this project is,
Data Synchronization. Here, we have to achieve consistency over all the systems that are taking part in
this Integration. This means, the changes in the CRM database must reflect in the CSS database too. So,
the data will be fetched from CRM database which is transformed into XML's and then sent to CSS
application so as to maintain the same data in Amss database as that of in CRM database.

Description:
Costmer Empowerment is the customized implementation of Amdocs AMSS 7.5 product according to the
Reliance requirements. It is the replacement of existing Individual applications into one common platform.
This Self Service application Enables Reliance customer to pay bills online, raise trouble tickets, place
orders and also fire MACDs. For this project, we have worked in the Amdocs office, Pune for one year.
For this project we have followed the quality standards of Amdocs. In this project I involved in User
Registration, Trouble Ticket Management and Payment Integration with ICICI, HDFC and Bill Desk.
Worked in Repush and Reconciliation Process of Payments (payment transactions which are failed at
Payment Gateway or Backend(Tibco)).
Customer Empowerment helped the Reliance business in getting the business close to the customer and
also increased the revenue to the business by reducing the calls to the call centers and reducing the
commissions to the partners.
