PERSONAL STATEMENT:

With my previous role as a Mother Tongue language Teacher I worked

according to my own schedule, creating tasks and assignments to help my

students achieve goals within a set time frame. This position enabled me to

work independantly and helped improve my time management and organisational

skills. I have also worked in a fast paced restaurant adapting quickly to

whichever task was required of me in a physically demanding setting. These

jobs provided me the opportunity to extend my knowledge and expertise in a

range of different settings allowing me the confidence to know I can easily

and readily adapt to any situation.

HOBBIES / INTERESTS:

I enjoy the outdoors, especially hiking in my home county of Cork in

Ireland. I have completed a number of long-distance treks including;

Abel Tasman and the Tongariro Crossing in New Zealand.

I have also walked the "Seven Sisters" mountain range in Norway and in

various nature reserves in Northern Sweden including Skuleskogen

National Park V sternorrland.
