Daily rounds in plant for checking of safe and unsafe conditions.

To certify work permits. (E.g. Hot works permit system, Vessel entry Work permit

system and General work permit system.)

Maintaining safety records as per SOPs.

Practical Fire Fighting Training to the employees.

Ensure corrective uses of Personal Protective Equipments.

Identify need based training requirements, develop and Implement training plan

amongst employees.

Maintain the stock of Personal Protective Equipments as per requirement.

First Aid Training to the employees.

Equipments handling. (E.g. Oxygen and LEL gas analyzer, Static Energy meter and

Corppus Instrument to remove the toxic gases.

To investigate accident, recommend corrective action and monitor the

implementation of the same.

Safety awareness training programs Conducting shop floor for minimizing Accident.
