• Responsible for obtaining all NPI numbers, updating NPI information, and deactivation of NPI numbers.
• Created all initial CAQH application profiles for new providers nationwide, maintaining all updates and re-
attestation for providers on the CAQH provider website.
• Submitted OWCP initial enrollment applications for all new facilities or providers not previously enrolled
and maintained re-enrollment as needed.
• Obtained all documentation needed for credentialing from clients and hundreds of providers, including,

• Maintained the Audiometrix database with all provider and facility information to ensure the accuracy of
real time information on facilities and providers on a daily basis. This database was also utilized by
multiple clients nationwide, as well as by all the Credentialing Specialists throughout the day.
• Supported the CEO of Audiometrix, as well as all of the Credentialing Specialists with all clerical tasks,
including Internet research, Letters of Intent to insurance companies, scanning and attaching all
documentation in the Audiometrix database, handling all incoming and outgoing mail, generating reports,
creating Excel spreadsheets, maintaining contract information, etc.
• Responsible for answering all Audiometrix & Hearing Fusion phone calls using the digital VOIP phone
system and routing calls to the appropriate person.
Medication Technician, Front & Back Office/Capitol Spine and Pain Center

• Assisted doctors in pain management procedures, which included Sacroiliac Joint Injections, Epidural
Nerve Blocks, Facet Joint Injections and Spinal Cord Stimulation.
• Responsible for manipulating the Fluoroscopy machine (live x-ray), so the physician could ensure the
medication was delivered to the correct location in/on the patient.
• Medical administrative duties included the organization of laboratory services, filing of insurance forms,

receptionist to receive patients while also doing the bookkeeping.
