The property consists of 11 acres with two buildings. One bldg is approximately 22,000/sf and the main bldg consisting of approximately 89,000/sf.
The properties anchor tenant has a surgery center as well as an emergency room and MRI facilities onsite along with various diagnostic and treatment facilities.
