. Sales co-ordination

. Responsible for daily cash management analysis of the check register.

. Develop vendor relationship with key accounts

. Analyze and enter all purchase orders, expense reports

. Conduct weekly check runs and prepare open invoices report

. Customize and extract accounting reports for management review

. Monthly bank reconciliation for cash & petty cash accounts.

. Prepare orders for office supplies, stationery

. Records transactions in normal accounts report or spreadsheets

. Receives stock to inventory

. Investigates inadequate purchase orders

. Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with ubiquitous

ledger.

. Researched past due invoices..

. Maintains accounting databases by entering interpretation in to a

computer.

. Copied checks and prepared daily bank deposit slips for courier pick-

up.

. Follow-up Outstanding payments from Insurance company

. Analyzed Accounts Receivable aging reports to determine which accounts

need transferring to collections.

. Scan and keep the softcopies of important documents in system

. Responsible for the control all HR related documents
