Training Philosophy:
My programs are designed containing exercises specific to the
client's goals. Specificity requires a clear understanding of the client's
objective and the programs are built around that objective. Consequently,
I have a very goal oriented approach to my philosophy and a belief in the
importance of the initial fitness assessments and gathering the client's
baseline data. Strong emphasis is placed on identifying the client's
imbalances via a flexibility or functional movement screening process and
accurately and efficiently tracking client progression in a way that can
later be presented as a clear measure of their success with the program. A
major component of good program design includes breaking up any repetitive
exercises that may become boring. With a vast number of exercises at my
disposal, sessions are unpredictable, goal specific, and fun.
