research and development, design, and marketing of a wide range of advanced

carrier and enterprise class telecommunications products.

Procurement Specialist

In-charge of facility, office supplies, copiers, R&D & MRO purchasing,

organizing and participating in the selection and management of suppliers

nationally and globally, building long-term and stable partnership with

suppliers in order to keep consistent supply and cost reduction. Perform

analytical and research for new suppliers to fulfill the needs for indirect

purchasing. Analyze the market, review contracts, source, negotiate and

award new contracts to existing or new vendors. Ensure that POs are

Initiated the centralized purchasing to increase the purchase power and
