Free Lance Project Manager in Software Development - January 2014 – June 2018

Worked as freelance Project Manager managing multiple high complexity projects for high profile clients like Coca-Cola, Honeywell, JCB, TCI, Federal Mogul etc.. Lead the client based IT team to develop customized solution following the process of SDLC starting from gathering requirement. Managed various stages of project management from planning, programming, quality control and implementation phase.

As Project Manager below are the Key Deliverables:

Coca Cola – Lead CSS RTM project for 25 international bottlers helping them on various factors of sales across segments, market, etc.. Visited Coca Cola France and Coca Cola Hellenic Moscow for implementation also.

Coca Cola India – Implemented Online SLE project used for production floor output on bottling line. It was touchless system to get shift production and meeting the SLE. This was done for 40 plants with 110 bottling lines across India. Lead the team of 5 mechanical engineer, 1 associate project manager and 3 programmers.

JCB - Planned and implemented Logistics Solution FVR giving annual saving of 9% of excess invoice billing amounting to

11 crores.

JCB - Proposed, planned and implemented STM portal and mobile application for shipment booking and live tracking of deliveries developing Data Interchange functionality for seamless live data exchange.

Pernod Ricard – Implemented the process for GPS based tracking and control tower for their delivery trucks carrying goods worth 1.75 – 2.25 crores per vehicle. Live tracking was performed through control tower through web based portal and Android App on mobiles. Also, there was seamless data exchange with SAP for invoice numbers and material details.

TCI - Implemented GPS based tracking and control tower for their end client Hindustan Unilever (HUL) and Bajaj Motors Ltd.

Federal Mogul - Implemented phase 1 of FVT tool from inception to go live covering all the aspects of project management, SDLC, planning, UAT and implementation at 3 manufacturing plants.

Federal Mogul – Implemented phase 2 of FVT for covering 5 manufacturing plant, 3 warehouses across India managing freight invoices of 34 different logistics vendors valuating to 3000 crores annually. Effectively lead Change Management for invoice submission in digital format. Annual savings were to the tune of 17 crores.

Imbev (Sab Miller) – managed Implementation of Online SLE for 12 lines across 9 plants pan India. Project cost was 1.75 crores.

Apart from above did Operation Management for one of my clients in the absence Directors due to their business visits. Below were the Key Deliverables:

Coordinating with various offshore PM’s and provide them the technical support and content to qualify the opportunities.

Accountable for all CSS RTM related support as well analytical support on Coca Cola outlets data and their business models of sales.

Managing team productivity reports like performance matrix, team’s performance on deliverables, errors, etc.

Documenting the client presentations, case studies, showcase solutions to meet the requirements of the new opportunities.

Single point of contact for international Market Research client Research Now functioning as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for online survey scripting.
