Skills supporting of internal QVC users both at Studio Park and Founder`s Park locations.

In addition support of QVC events nationwide, 24/7 On call rotational support of Senior Level personnel. Diagnosis and resolution of PC/Laptop/peripherals system failures with problem resolution and documentation in the HP Service Manager system and the recently implemented ServiceNow system

utilizing all QVC tools for efficient problem resolution. Expert end user support professional providing advanced expertise and client support in maintaining specific products and

devices used in multiple business units within QVC. Provided guidance and direction and mentorship to junior team members. I partnered with multiple business area managers and directors

and support of on-site as well as remote special event activities such as the annual QVC Red Carpet broadcast from the 4 Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles. Because of my experience, guidance and leadership I was able to save QVC from spending $175,000 dollars on a Verizon wireless truck for broadband and WiFi capability during the event. I was requested on a continuous basis because of my “get it done” attitude. I supervised external IT contractors both on and off site during these events. I have negotiated with both HP and Dell to coordinate any warranty repairs needed. for QVC purchased equipment. I have used independent judgment and discretion to resolve issues with all client devices including connecting Apple Iphones, Ipads, to MDM agent for mobile QVC email as well as all laptop,desktops and QVC specific applications.
