CSR/CCAT: working in call centre environment. Answering calls to take claims from the public. Customers calling in to report auto accidents or pedestrian claims to being a passenger to having their property damaged via a auto accident. From taking fatality reports and reports from private insurance companies and out of province companies. Also taking calls and setting up claims for MD disputes or liability disputes. Handling contentious claims. To setting up the claims assessment review. Sending out liability letters and taking claims and statements. Handling hit and run claims. Comprehensive claims. Also setting up rentals for the customers. And just general calls regarding the status of their claims.

Also worked in the Head Office / Head Injury Department

Was a legal secretary for the examiners on high profile claims or high risk claims.

Got the files ready for mediation and or settlement.

Debt collector for United States card holders. Customers delinquent on their credit cards and have gone to collection. My department was the legal side where we worked along side several law firms in the states. Where we had to work within the law parameters of the law

in each state we were assigned which was about 8 each. Making settlements and filing with the courts when the customers file for bankruptcy.

Setting up medications for ICBC and in the private sector. Working with plaintiff and defense counsels and mediators.
