Job Description at Field:

a. Main responsibility is to investigate material suitability (include Earth and Gravels) by using geological methods.

b. Enable the subordinates to follow all asset side conversion strategies, Off and on construction related assistance.

c. Plan, supervise and engage in a broad range of road construction and field supervision.

d. Maintenance, operations and construction function.

e. Communicates effectively both orally and in writing with documenting requirements for day to-day operations at field i.e. used Budget, number of dumpers and Items, Labor and field facilities.

f. Train, supervise, and provide quality control for Road Work maintenance and private sector construction crews.

g. Regularly supervise the work of Dumpers, motor vehicle and put them on daily flow chart, Lift objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds and analyze situations, exercise good judgment and Problem solving skills.
