•Working in an agile environment, developed and maintained Project Charter, Project Management Plan, Risk Register, Change Request process and other project related documentation

•Managed projects in Fleet Management for the Department of Transportation/Ministry of Transportation field; focusing on compliancy, driver behavior (HOS/ELD) and project implementation. Managing between 4-6 projects with the largest construction/rail/oil companies in the world and on the government side; responsible for budget management, business requirement gathering, scheduling, change requests, portal and mobile app training.

•Managed mobile app software development rollouts from conception to deployment; this app was developed a required government regulation for drivers to move from paper logs to electronic logs.

•Implemented Electronic Log Device mobile app pilot projects including maintaining the Risk Register, Change Request Log, training documentation and manuals for customer with over 4000 drivers.

•Led the installation and removal of 2000+ GPS units for multiple customers. Managed each project from implementation to completion; creating project SOW and scope, developed project plans and post project follow-up; key role responsibility included being an escalation point for technicians, vendors and customers.
