Ensuring the implementation of the HSE Plan/Procedure at site

Participation and Chairing of Meetings, such as Internal HSE Meeting, Contractors HSE Meeting, Progress meeting, Construction Meeting, Interface meeting and other un scheduled/Emergency meetings & Review of Contractors HSE Procedure HSE Related documents

Carrying out periodical audits Such as Monthly Site welfare audit, Monthly HSE Performance Audit Quarterly HSE Management system audit and Camp audit.

Provide active support to develop a high performing safety culture by educating, coaching and driving awareness throughout the business.

Liaise with External agencies, Clint’s and Contractors regarding HSE issues

Advise contractor management regarding HSE lapses/improvements required and follow-up. As well ensure that the project management and line supervisors/Engineers are aware of the HSE requirements to carry out any task at site

Preparation of report such as weekly HSE Report, Daily Audit Report, Monthly HSE Report, Dash board, NCR, SVR (Safety violation report) and other related reports.

Monitor the provision of welfare facilities by the contractor as per Local regulations and Client standards.

Oversee checking and reviewing of method statements, Job Hazard Analysis, Risk assessment, Safety Certification and other HSE related documents submitted by Contractors and third parties.

Preparation for Risk assessment, J S A, Reports (Daily, weekly safety reports, Incident Accident reports and related reports) and maintaining records (HSE Related documents)

Responsible for the accident/ incident investigation and emergency coordination.

Internal and external auditing.

Monitoring HSE activities of various EPCs, Finding the gaps in the HSE MS & Mentoring and coaching to improve HSE standards and Regular inspection of all work places and facilities

To ensure that all employees working in the live plant area are aware of the EMERGENCY/ERP procedure/System and all crew is aware and trained regarding evacuation and usage of necessary PPE (breathing apparatus / escape hood).

Reporting to HSE Manager and Project/Construction Managers and related department regarding HSE Matters, also discuss with Corporate HSE Manager about implementing of advance safety technique’s and Domestic Rules.

Appraise the project head of the corrective action proposed for my observation during HSE inspection and follow up the same for improvement of HSE standards.
