Coordinates to and between all subcontractors to ensure smooth implementation of the Planning previously done, to avoid unnecessary delay.
Coordinates the availability of all materials on the needed time, based on the Planning, (both local and foreign supplied).
Organizes the weekly Site Meeting with sub-contractors to ensure adherence of the actual and theoretical progress to the established Planning.
