Client is a well-established organization based on Australia and dealing with Banking industry.This project involves implementation of HR Module and data migration from legacy system. The implementation is being done based on AGILE methodology. It involves integration with third party systems to transfer and receive data for various reporting and interfacing.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Worked as a HCM Techno-functional Consultant in Core HR Implementation project.

- Worked on configuring approval rules for MSS and ESS transactions.

- Developed new BIP and OTBI reports to extract the workforce Management data.

- Performed Personalization on delivered pages for meeting the client business needs.

Client is a well-established organization based on Canada and dealing with Tele-Communication industry.This project involves development, production support and maintenance of existing modules. It maintains HR and Payroll related data in Peoplesoft. It also integrates with different third party systems to transfer and receive data for various reporting and interfacing purposes.

Roles & Responsibilities

-Worked as a Peoplesoft developer/Team member

-Involved in developing/customizing various programs, interfaces, reports and online objects.

-Developing and designing interfaces for Reading and Writing Data from Flat File into Peoplesoft Databases using SQR.

-Handled Production Support activities (BAU) for client.

-Worked on Conversion Project from Peoplesoft to Fusion which includes data extract using SQR’s and providing analysis reports.

-Implemented tax updates (15-E to 16-E) and Retrofitted customization’s after each tax update.
