EMPLOYMENT RECITAL

Worked as a Senior Process Associate in Capgemini Business Services India Limited. Chennai

In Capgemini from June 2013 to Aug 2017: (Client – Johnson & Johnson India Ltd.)

In the initial phase, we have started with one customer from Manual order placement into VMR (Vendor Management Replenishment) System. Identified lots of issues faced by customer and given input for rectify the same to Development team. Now team size is 6 and we are doing the process for more than 500 customers and drastically increased the fill rate.

Playing intermediary role between Customer and Clients.

Order Creation, Order generation and pre allocation works.

Maintenance of Customer Master of 600+ customers in Client Portal.

Creating Sales orders for the given Purchase Orders approved by the Customer and creating Contracts for CSD, Export customers & Sample Order allocation on monthly basis for across Region.

Monitoring Order Movement into SAP in Business Management System (BMS).

Co-ordination with the client for getting approvals for processing the request of the customer and coordinating with C&FA (Carrying & Forward Agencies) for the delivery of the goods to customers

Doing Allocation in SAP based on Fair Share logic for Supply Shortage SKUs

Maintaining Master such as Stock norms maintenance (ASL Preparation & Updation), Lead time maintenance, PIPO maintenance, Parameter Setup, Tolerance Limit Setup, Product Code Maintenance, and Customer Maintenance.

Preparation of Dashboard, Deck & Adherence Report for Business Highlight perspective.

MIS such as Pilot Report, Order Tracker Report, Order Analysis Report, Out of Stock Report, Order Cancelation Report, SIT Report.

Preparing the planning for goods production in factory based on their P3M Sales & Analyzing on CCFOT (Customer Case Fill on Time) report on EOD basis.

Attending the Con call to fix the IT & Business related issue

Handling queries related to Order generation & Master Data Maintenance and Initiate conference calls with Client to resolve the Ongoing Issues and Process Changes.

To ensure that SLA (Service Level Agreement) as defined by management for execution of all Orders.

Analyzing the Customer queries & Identify the root cause of the query

Based on root cause, maintain Masters / rectify the System program / instruct to the customer

Issues Log & Escalation Management of Customer is maintained in order to increase customer satisfaction.

Doing the UAT & functional testing and submit the report to IT team.
