Worked as a Senior Process Associate in Capgemini Business Services India Limited. Chennai
In Capgemini from June 2013 to Aug 2017: (Client – Johnson & Johnson India Ltd.)
In the initial phase, we have started with one customer from Manual order placement into VMR (Vendor Management Replenishment) System. Identified lots of issues faced by customer and given input for rectify the same to Development team. Now team size is 6 and we are doing the process for more than 500 customers and drastically increased the fill rate.
Playing intermediary role between Customer and Clients.
Order Creation, Order generation and pre allocation works.
Maintenance of Customer Master of 600+ customers in Client Portal.
Creating Sales orders for the given Purchase Orders approved by the Customer and creating Contracts for CSD, Export customers & Sample Order allocation on monthly basis for across Region.

Co-ordination with the client for getting approvals for processing the request of the customer and coordinating with C&FA (Carrying & Forward Agencies) for the delivery of the goods to customers

Maintaining Master such as Stock norms maintenance (ASL Preparation & Updation), Lead time maintenance, PIPO maintenance, Parameter Setup, Tolerance Limit Setup, Product Code Maintenance, and Customer Maintenance.
Preparation of Dashboard, Deck & Adherence Report for Business Highlight perspective.
