Recruit, intake, and maintain liaison with egg donors, gestational surrogates and their physicians:
-Act as the first point of contact with inquiring egg donors or surrogates who approach our practice via any method.
-Screen preliminary inquiries of egg donors and surrogates who wish to participate in our programs.
-Interview egg donor and surrogate candidates to perform an initial assessment of their fitness to be donors or surrogates.
Collect information from egg donors and surrogates about their personal medical history profile, physical characteristics, blood and genetic test results, psychological assessment results, and personal photographs.
Provide information to egg donors and surrogates about egg donation and surrogacy procedures, our practice’s processes, compensation with donors or surrogates, and related paperwork donors and surrogates would need to sign.
Manage Donor Recruiters, Affiliates and Referrals: Work closely with donor suppliers, donors’ recruiters, donor referrals, patient coordinators at partner clinics and referring clinics and ensure that communication flows between all constituents in an accurate and timely fashion acting as an information-clearing house for all things related to egg donors.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate medical protocols for donor and surrogate procedures; maintain donor & surrogate database and medical files; and update donor and patient records as needed.
Donor/Surrogate Matching with Intended Parents: Match donors and surrogates to patients according to the search criteria requested by the patients using the available donor and surrogate database, and produce a donor and surrogate profile for presentation to intended parents based on their search criteria
Manage the Logistics Coordinator to ensure proper booking and fulfillment of all accommodations, transportation, and local orientation of donors and surrogates while traveling to and from our clinics and temporarily residing in our clinic city.
