Project Manager/Construction Consultant (April 2016 to April 2017) - Duties and responsibilities: represent the company concerning all new construction and development; scheduling and coordinated with third party sub-contractors for the execution of project development. Multiple Positions (Feb 2001 to Jan 2014): Assistant Project Manager (Fab 2012 – Jan 2014) – As an APM, it was my responsibility to estimate, manage, and self- perform all work activities and assist in managing subcontracted work. I had to maintain a full understanding of all the construction means and methods associated with the renovation of commercial and institutional buildings, as well as any site work related thereto. To obtain a solid comprehension and was proficient with Spreadsheets, Gant Charts, and other Microsoft software used by the companies daily operating the system.
