Managing overall operations for executing civil & fit out projects within cost & time norms; participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking.

Preparing project schedules and monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs, Quality and HSE Compliance to ensure timely execution of projects.

Site & Construction coordination, Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Received and approved drawing and mobilize manpower as per schedule.

Plan and schedule the work sequence base on program schedule and execute accordingly.

Timely Communication and follow up with site engineer/project manager for requirement and smooth operation of site.

Arrange works sequence to open up works for all subcontractor.

Ensure approved materials were used by subcontractor and timely communicate to site engineer/project manager.

Communicate Site Engineer if any difficulties/hurdles came which hidden the progress.

Regular follow up to received approved drawing (latest) and repost existing drawing as void.

Ensure any manpower don’t site without work.
