Project: Hertz Fleet and Field systems

Role: Technical Team Lead – Mainframes

Currently working for development and maintenance project for Hertz Fleet and Field systems. Also handling Production Support Operations for same project.

Responsibilities:

Providing high level & detail level estimates for the development and enhancement projects and service requests.

Coordinating with the client SMEs and offshore business analysts to review and analyse the business requirements and propose business solutions using the mainframes technical expertise and skills.

Designing and reviewing functional and technical specifications for the projects by considering the business requirements & complexity. Designing solution for a Service Request or a Trouble Ticket.

Preparing a Detailed Technical Design Document (TDD) for full development cycle projects.

Developing and unit testing the code as per project requirements. Providing permanent fix recommendations for repetitive failures in applications & make sure applications work smoothly.
