USA – PARKER HANNIFAN – Woodridge, March 2018 to date,

Working with Parker Hannifan for the last 16 months, presently as an adjuster setting up the machines for operators and attending break downs and new setups. Worked in the inspection and Final packing department prior to this. Joined as a Machine operator in the engineering seals division, within 2 months got transferred to do inspection of cut seals, Final inspection of Ovens after curing process of cut seals, Lube entire production of seals and final packing of seals, using calipers and other measuring tools for overall quality before ship to customer.

Streamlined the production of Sausages, meatballs, chicken ham, meat loaf, marinated chicken products, done changes additions where necessary to existing product range and developed new products ready to cook range and heat & eat range.

Started to supply 8cut chicken to KFC,in Colombo Sri Lanka for all their outlets. Sausages, meatballs, chicken ham, meat loaf, marinated chicken fresh and frozen halal market and also ready to cook range and heat & eat range to Introduce to the market as a pioneer chicken slaughter plant to come up with further processed range of meats and to get GMP,HACCP,ISO9002 as a youngest player within target period of five years. However we managed to win HACCP certification for all products within four year period.

Draw up production plans, developing of recipes and its sample batches, testing of samples developed with different staff & customer levels for their feedback. When good products/recipes are identified they are pass on to directors for final approval. Experience in closely monitoring companies product movement, packing material movement, purchasing of raw materials, quality testing of ingredients against supplier product specifications and lab reports. Worked closely with R& D departments for improvements and new products.

McDonalds and Dominos Pizza supplies were closely monitored, product storage at McDonald’s, cold room, handling in the kitchen,kitchen staff SOP’s were checked personally very frequently and taken part in uninformed quality audits to maintain high standards.
