1.Mechanical engineer at BOGS LLC, Oman (11th Dec. 2016 – Present)

I am currently working as a mechanical Engineer ensuring completion of projects and committed to determining the optimal sequence of operations at the work site while implementing efficient construction methods. Specialized in meeting deadlines and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

•Review of Project specification, P&ID’s and isometrics;

•Preparation piping technical queries, troubleshooting and investigating field pipe work related problems including the drawing of field sketches when necessary;

•Responsible for piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, procedures, specifications and Construction Drawings;

•Monitoring the daily work activities;

•Coordinate with other disciplines in site;

•Responsible for conducting pressure tests and fulfilling commissioning requirements for the project;

•Inspection of pipes, valves and fittings and preparation of functionality test;

•Ensuring work permits to apply the permit (confined space welding, grinding, erection, work for high level etc.);

•Coordination of all the mechanical piping activities with client, consultants and sub- contractors for smooth progress of the job.

•Preparation of weekly, monthly & three months look-ahead, Updating actual progress and all related information & comparison analysis;

•Daily, weekly and monthly reports: Preparation of reports depicting the actual progress with respect to the planned progress and factoring in other unplanned activities in suitable format that is presented to client;

•Material requirement planning: Analyzing the material requirement for a job and coordination with procurement team;

•Summary Reports: Preparation of executive progress summary reports and presentations to the top management on project status for periodical review.

•Site Supervision: Coordination with Site Forman and direct monitoring of site activities as and when required.
