PRESENT JOB INVOLVED

Presently I am working with M/s. Gail (Gas Authority of India) maintenance activity of Instrumentations

& metering Dept.

Calibration and Installation of Pressure Transmitters, temperature transducers, pressure gauges and temperature gauges.

Installation and maintenance of self acting pressure regulators, SSV’s and PSV’s

Installation,maintenance and trouble shooting of Daniel Products (Ultrasonic Flow meters for Gas, Control valves, Turbine meters, Flow Computers Model: Flowe boss-S600.). And Emerson makes Flow Computer Model: FB107.

Presently doing all the following jobs in both S600,FB107 : DATA Collection, Validation through Kelton, Excel & Flowcheck 3.2, Calibration Configuration, Alarm & Event Archive study.

Responsible for startup and troubleshooting of Pressure Reduction System (PRS) (Nirmal, Tartarini, Pietro Fiorentini)

Extensive experience of calibration analytical & process control instruments like Various types of flow computers / meters, transmitters for Oil & gas terminal automation.

Communication of Laptop/PC via ADAM Module to USM/GC.

Fault finding and troubleshooting of metering instruments at site.

Recording the finding in respective format like Calibration Reports, History updates, SOP.

Maintenance & Operation For Filtration Skid, Pressure Reduction Skid, Metering Skid.

Maintenance, Operation & Handled of Actuator Valve, Pressure Safety Valves, PCV. Filter,Globe Valve, Ball Valve,

SOS of Ultrasonic flow meters with reference to flow rates, fluid pressure, fluid temperature, and super compressibility, and gas composition.

OTHER TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Instruments Maintenance in Oil & Gas Industries specialized in METERING INSTRUMENTATIONS.

Configuration, calibration,& maintenance of intelligent Pressure, Flow, and Temperature Transmitters

(ROSEMOUNT.) with the HART communicator.
