Obtained twenty (22) years of diversified experience in quantity surveying and engineering from pre- construction to post construction stage which involves cost planning, procurement works and contract administration. 1.) Planning, budgeting, cost control, overseeing and documenting all aspects of the building project.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.) Review and interpret contracts, construction plans, project specifications and analysis of project requirement.

2.) Quantity take off and measurement. Prepare bills of quantities and establishment of rates. Estimate the cost of the project for civil, architectural and structural works.

3.) Help in ensuring that the project budget is followed and costs are controlled. 4.) Preparation of tender documents. Cost analysis, evaluation of bids. Finalize Subcontractor work orders, finalizing the rates and scope of work. 5.) Prequalification of Subcontractors. Preparation of necessary documents for material and sample submittals to the Engineer/Client for their approval. 6.) Allocation of work to subcontractors. Prepare and issuance of Subcontract and Purchase Order.

7.) Ensure completeness and validity of all contractual requirements. 8.) Coordination with Subcontractor, Engineers, Managers regarding the project requirement and cost.

9.) Maintain complete records of project contract, minutes of meetings and other contractual documents.

10.) Keeping track of any work variations to the contract that may affect costs. 11.) Preparation and submission of contractual claims and variations. 12.) Site to monitor visit actual work progress and verify actual accomplishment of Subcontractors. Ensure adherence to contractual condition. 13.) Procurement and sourcing of materials from local and international. 14.) Valuation of completed works, assessment of Subcontractors Interim certification for payments.
