HAMPSHIRE HILLS SPORTS & FITNESS CLUB, Milford, NH (July 2016 – Present) Multi-faceted complex situated on 77 acres including a 144K sq. ft. main building, several additional buildings, a large domed air structure ($3M+), 5 pools (indoor, outdoor, whirlpool), 3 saunas, 14 tennis courts (indoor & outdoor), function facilities, restaurants, salon, nursery, fitness and wellness facilities – plus other features, amenities, and spaces – serving 5500 members and the surrounding communities. Lead the team, resources, and efforts that ensure optimal presentation, maintenance, upkeep, upgrade, safety, and functionality of all property structures, features, systems, and grounds at a large complex offering multiple facilities, programs, and spaces (recreational, fitness, wellness, dining, personal care, activities, events, etc.).

Key member of collaborative management team.

Manage grounds crew, indoor maintenance team, and vendors/contractors (trades, service providers).

Regularly inspect all property features and systems through indoor and outdoor rounds.

Developed and implemented Daily and Weekly Task Sheets. Developed and apply Preventive Maintenance Checklist.

Perform purchasing for supplies and services. Negotiate with vendors.

Manage capital improvement projects.

Monitor and test indoor air quality regularly.

Comprehensive responsibility for maintenance and facilities management at multiple properties providing full-time residence for individuals with neurological injuries and conditions.

Facilities include large adapted residences, expansive grounds, therapeutic facilities, recreational facilities, function facilities, and a farm.

Maintenance and repair included carpentry, electrical, masonry/concrete, painting, plumbing, and roofing.

Implemented preventive maintenance program as well as safety initiatives to ensure compliance with RSA 151, He-P 805, ADA, and Fair Housing.

Particular emphasis on safety and accessibility, indoors and outdoors, for residents with mobility challenges and assistive devices as well as special attention to electrical systems / generators to ensure no interruptions affecting resident well-being (oxygen, etc.).

Ensured functioning emergency/evacuation plan including defend-in-place strategies for non- ambulatory residents.

Monitored and maintained indoor air quality and water quality.

Interfaced regularly with inspectors.

Delivered fast turnaround when preparing/refreshing rooms for new residents.
