Lead the team, resources, and efforts that ensure optimal presentation, maintenance, upkeep, upgrade, safety, and functionality of all property structures, features, systems, and grounds at a large complex offering multiple facilities, programs, and spaces (recreational, fitness, wellness, dining, personal care, activities, events, etc.).

Manage grounds crew, indoor maintenance team, and vendors/contractors (trades, service providers).

Particular emphasis on safety and accessibility, indoors and outdoors, for residents with mobility challenges and assistive devices as well as special attention to electrical systems / generators to ensure no interruptions affecting resident well-being (oxygen, etc.).
Ensured functioning emergency/evacuation plan including defend-in-place strategies for non- ambulatory residents.
