Occupational Health Safety Role:

Development of OH&S plans for supervision consultant as relevant to the construction packages

Review and implementation of CONTRACTOR’s OH&S plans and ensure the effectiveness of plans according to nature of associate hazards and risks at workplace

Plan and conduct health and safety audits to contractors and ensure that findings of the audits are timely addressed

Review and implement traffic and emergency management plans through the projects duration to control the workplace and to ensure the harmony of all regions

Prepare training needs analysis for the supervision consultant and development of training calendar to fulfil the training deliveries accordingly, ensure that contractors are providing all necessary training to their staff and employees

As a Senior HSE Engineer/ HSE Manager I am responsible of (but not limited to) following major roles at workplace:

Implement legal binding criteria according to Oil and gas regulations and ADNOC code of practice

Implement Statuary and contractual obligation at all project sites through implementation of OSHAD COPs, Mechanisms, Guidelines and elements

Review HSE plans (according to OSHAD COP 53.1), Logistic plans, waste management plan (According to OSHAD COP 54.0) of CONTRACTORs and implementation of the approved procedure at all project sites

Responsible for HSEAI, TRAs compliance, FEED/HAZOP studies to assess the system’s reliability

Participation in intervallic review of ADNOC-CPD Integrated management system and thorough review of all SOPs and OCPs, additionally participation in review of HSE annexure of ADNOC and to align the annexures with OSHAD and oil gas standards
