My role is cradle to grave, which encompasses full life cycle project management of land purchase and land lease development projects for CVS HealthCare in the south Florida market. Tasked to simultaneously manage and deliver 11 CVS 13,000 sq. ft. retail pharmacies in all phases of entitlements by directing civil engineers to obtain municipal site plan approval, architects for design and permitting, attorneys for title and closing; General Contractors’ for construction and FDEP for environmental remediation. Managed and delivered final CO of 3 locations to CVS my first 8 months of employment (2) in Miami & (1) in Fort Lauderdale.

Obtained BOCC Site Plan approvals of (3) CVS locations, in Deerfield Beach, Belle Glade and Jupiter Florida

Successfully negotiated with PBCWUD to install new water main, saving CVS $475,000.00 in civil development cost.

Budget management ranged from $1 million to $16 million; full P&L accountability and monthly profit disbursements to owners based on forecasting.

Increased net profits from $240,000 to $19 million during tenure by bringing in house all facets of land development & construction by creating a self-performing construction and development division that improved project turn-around time and reduced construction costs by 30%.
